All active, HMO-enrolled employees in the Philippines are eligible to join this program. Dependents are not covered.

Employees must upload their prescription to complete their orders.

Foundever Red Version 1 employees have up to Php 10,000 allowance per employee per year.

For all Foundever Blue employees and Foundever Red Version 2 and 3 employees, MedGrocer will use the order date as a basis to identify which quarter the order falls under.

To prevent inaccuracies and confusion, orders are considered final upon submission. For any revisions, employees must order medicines through the website again.

Medicines must be claimed by the employee or their authorized representative.

Authorized representatives must present an authorization letter from the employee and a copy of employee’s valid ID to claim the medicines.
